Co-created a consortium which was awarded a prestigious European Union grant under the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7), to work on an on-line collaborative environment. Published a number of open-source research tools including ApplyMagicSauce.com (Psychological Traits Prediction Engine); Concerto (an online adaptive testing platform); myPersonality Project (collaborative project between 50+ universities); preferencetool.com (audience intelligence platform).

Provided leadership to more than 15 employees and reached annual revenues of over $1 million. The company was sold in 2007, to concentrate on an academic career.
